Former Contractor, more than i twelvemonth
Pros
Really enjoyed my time with CG. My area squad was top notch. Co-worker relationships and camper connections made the job amazing. Visitor to client culture is sticky and great. Great swag, performance is valued and rewarded. HQ for all its flaws, was pushing to build success for all. They are very accommodating on non-CG gigs, better than most in the manufacture.
Cons
If you struggle to sell and are unable to devote your life to growing your camps it will be a poor fit. Information technology is personal training, you have to sell yourself. Corporate leads are lukewarm, you lot have to drive your success. HQ occasionally felt disconnected from the needs of its trainers. Fumbled the virtual rollout.

Former Freelancer, more than than 1 year
Pros
The campers are awesome! Y'all choose your ain hours and locations and then it's usually close to your house
Cons
Pretty much everything else. They annunciate that you lot could make upwardly to 75k but I've known several people who worked there for v+ years and never made even half of that. The job is 90% sales and marketing and x% training (specially since Jeff has taken more of the reins than Ally). They care more about adding new campers than they practise about keeping their trainers or instruction their campers actual skills to help them accomplish a better lifestyle.
